The Client

Murata Vios provides medical-grade IoT sensors and remote vital signs monitoring services to lower the cost of care and improve patient outcomes. The innovative Vios platform is designed to optimize patient management throughout the continuum of care, including in-hospital and at-home applications.

The Challenge

Our work with the Murata Vios team (then known as Vios Medical) began in 2016. At that time, they came to Olive & Company looking for a strategic partner to guide their brand as they elevated their presence in India and expanded into the U.S. market. We continued to serve as a brand and digital strategy partner to the Vios team over the next several years as their offering evolved and they were acquired by Murata Manufacturing.

The Solutions

Our first job was to establish a new brand strategy platform to serve as the foundation for updated marketing and sales communications from Vios. Their platform needed to be authentic and strong, but it also needed to be flexible enough to accommodate their shifting business strategy. From there, we built a website to connect with audiences in both India and the U.S.; we developed marketing and sales tools to bring the brand to life; and, we launched a data-driven digital strategy to build awareness and generate leads. As our partnership continued, we worked to optimize each component of our work—from brand messaging to website experience to digital campaigns—to put Vios in the best position for success.
