The Client

Founded in 1921 as the Axel Newman Plumbing and Heating Company, Corval Group is now a fully integrated construction, engineering, fabrication, and business solutions company that specializes in process facility, industrial, and commercial structure projects.

The Challenge

Corval Group came to Olive & Company looking to shift perceptions of their brand toward EPC, general contracting, and construction management, and away from mechanical subcontracting. Unfortunately, their website did not reflect this focus. To make this change, they needed their website experience, site architecture, and site content to tell their updated story in a clear, engaging way. They also needed an agency partner who could help break down organizational silos to unify their teams behind a cohesive website strategy.

The Solution

Through our website redesign process, we developed updated messaging themes that were then blended into straightforward, approachable site content. We also refined navigation labels and calls-to-action to make it easier for users to find what they were looking for; we refined the site’s use of keywords to improve relevant search performance; and, we integrated site forms into Corval Group’s CRM platform to streamline sales and service replies. All of these improvements were wrapped in an elevated design that properly positioned the Corval Group brand and connected with prospective customers, partners, and prospective employees.
