As a marketing agency, we typically handle all project and program management work ourselves. Specifically, our internal team provides strategy, design, copywriting, campaign management, analysis, reporting, and development services. We also provide ongoing project management and account management.
When we do outsource specific tasks (e.g., video production, etc.), we’re transparent about those relationships, and we make sure our clients understand why we’re using an additional resource. In those situations, we manage external resources as an extension of our team.
We use a variety of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, etc.) and tools with built-in AI functionality to streamline processes and inform our work. For us, though, AI primarily serves as a research assistant.
When we use these tools, we review everything ourselves, and we are completely accountable for the quality and accuracy of our own work.
