Happy Clients

Still Have Questions?

We work with a diverse range of businesses and organizations. Many of our clients are mid-sized businesses, but we also work with schools, global corporations, and some smaller businesses with aggressive growth goals.

The unifying characteristic of our clients is that they are all trying to connect with customers through a research-based sales cycle. In other words, their prospects typically conduct significant research—sometimes over a long period of time—before making contact or making a purchase.

With this in mind, our team specializes in building and executing marketing strategies that drive results for these types of businesses.

Most of our digital marketing client relationships take the form of ongoing managed services contracts. We begin these contracts with a strategic onboarding process, and then move into monthly management, creative setup work, analysis, and reporting.

The digital marketing services included in a contract are unique to each client, but typically include some combination of the following:

The online marketing services we provide for a client depend on the nature of their business, and, most importantly, their goals. Whatever the specific configuration may be, though, we focus on maximizing results while providing exceptional customer service.

During our digital marketing strategy onboarding process, we develop a marketing measurement framework that includes SMART goals, KPIs, projections, and much more.

Based on this framework, we then build out a digital marketing performance dashboard that connects to Google Analytics (including GA4) and all of the other relevant digital marketing ecosystem platforms.

These dashboards then serve as the centerpiece for our meetings, in which we review performance, share insights, and map out recommendations. Because of this purpose, we tailor our dashboards to highlight the things that are most important to our clients, and we use them as a launch point for strategic changes or refinements.

As a digital marketing company, we typically handle all production and management work ourselves. Specifically, our internal team provides strategy, design, copywriting, campaign management, analysis, reporting, and development. We also provide ongoing project management and account management.

When we do outsource specific tasks (e.g., video production, etc.), we’re transparent about that relationship, and we make sure our clients understand why we’re using an additional resource. In those situations, we also manage external resources as an extension of our team.

In most situations, our team manages all aspects of a client’s digital marketing program. With that said, we do collaborate with other agencies, freelancers, and consultants for some of our clients.

As long as we have open lines of communication and a shared vision, we’re happy to work with anyone who can help our clients succeed.
